We avoid bureaucratic work but document concisely what we have done and why with what result. Comprehensibility, meaning and worth of the methods applied by us are the basis for successful consulting processes. In addition, a comparison of the results achieved with the results expected at the beginning are essential for success-evaluation. By the simultaneous inclusion of all systemic outline conditions, which also covers structure- and process-quality, it is with pleasure that we face the criterion of quality of result. This evaluation will be jointly conducted with our coachees and/or our clients. We internally ensure method competence and sustainability of our consulting quality by regular further education, inter- and supervisions and externally by an open feedback of our clients, at the quality standard of whom we may be judged at any time.
