| Our self-perception is founded on a partnership-relationship
based on trust in our customers and clients with the safeguarding of
mutual interests. The basic values of our consulting activities are:
Authenticity
As consultants, we are and will remain
obliged to authenticity in
interpersonal relations. We therefore
avoid any and all forms of personal production.
And we resist possible attempts to instrumentalize our external status
as consultants: We refuse "covert orders".
We are thus available and
genuine as consultants and business
partners, and our work is always reliable
and transparent. And we also remain at appreciative eye-level with
our clients.
Commitment
If we accept an order we feel obliged to our clients in many aspects: Not only
on the human, ethical and legal levels, but also with regard to defined goals
and expectations. That is why we strive for binding goal definitions and clear
outline conditions for cooperation.
Quality
For
us, quality means consequent
solution- and result-orientation
with the goal of the teams’ performance improvement for which evidence can be provided
by the coachee. In the diagnosis of potential, quality means for us orientation
at valid and systemically-suitable evaluation methods. The basis of our work
is therefore high method competence and conscientiousness under the integrating
consideration of the quality of structure, process and result. With regard to
so-called triangle-contracts in business coaching we pay special attention to
a clear definition of context conditions between the company placing the order,
the coachee and us as the external consultants. Should this not be possible we
might – because of our understanding of quality – refuse orders.
Efficiency
We, as consultants, work in a resource-oriented manner. This means
on the one hand that we recognize, appreciate and extend the corporate and
individual resources of our clients, and on the other hand that the employment
of various means required for this, no matter whether financial, structural
or personal, will be evaluated by us with regard to its cost/benefit relation.
When we as consultants determine that the relation is out of proportion we
will tell you. |
