Individual coaching
Coaching is
suited for those making decisions and those having
responsibility in key positions. Individual or corporate change situations
are in most cases the cause. The most important precondition for successful
coaching is one’s
inner willingness to develop and change.
Sequence and methodology
Matters
at issue, preconditions, goals and the duration of
the coaching process are clarified in a free-of-charge initial discussion
with the client and/or the coachee, and the basis
for a work relationship based on trust is created. After
having established the outline conditions, an intensive
analysis of the current situation begins. Interventions
and change measures are planned and cautiously implemented
by taking into account the so-called adaptability
of the coachee and all interaction. We work methodically – mainly
following systemic short-term therapy – with concentration
on resources and in a solution-oriented manner. Depending
on personality, goals and background of the problem it
is in most cases possible to successfully complete coaching
for the client and coachee in a few sessions. As a matter
of course, we are going to accompany coachees also beyond
this period when behavioural modification developed or
recognitions gained are to be implemented “on the
job” in a sustainable manner. Covering the entire
process, we document our methods, procedures and the
results.
