Sequence and methodology
The so-called "multi-methodological
approach" has been
proven in the diagnosis of potential. Hence the valid
measurement of a personality feature comes out best when recorded several
times with various procedures. Our consultants combine, for example, established
diagnosis procedures such as the "management audit" – which
can be organised as individual or team audit – with self– and
third party - assessment questionnaires. For every
diagnosis of potential at least two consultants will be available thus
ensuring different perspectives for assessments through the "multi-eye
principle".
We work
methodically with a close-to-practice, partly structured
interview procedure developed by us which provides
for a comparison with benchmarks. In addition, we orient ourselves to
available company-specific competence models and/or support our clients
in the development of these requirement-oriented assessment parameters. 4 heads develops
company-specific concepts and methods in accordance
with questions, personalities and cultural environment which means that
our consultants do not make use of the "standard
mould" but adapt established evaluation methods to the corporate
reality perceived.
