Sequence and methodology
In a first free-of-charge evaluation, 4 heads consultants
meet with the management of the company or interested
executives. After an analysis of the situation and definition of the goals,
we prepare a specific offer and concept for the specific question at short
notice. We are thereby used to react also to short-term decisions of companies
for the assignment of their executives abroad and
to accompany them in a locally flexible manner. 4 heads has accordingly
consolidated, goal-oriented consulting and coaching approaches.

- The formulation of inter-cultural personnel development concepts
for companies
- the development of corporate and overall management concepts and
competence profiles
- the implementation of new values and rules for top-executives by
experience- oriented 1- or 2-day workshops and
targeted leadership coaching
- Team and individual coaching in preparation of assignments abroad
- Individual coaching for the re-integration of executives
- Cultural integration + assimilation coaching (CIAC ® ) for groups
of up to 15 people for rapid implementation
of values, norms, rules or overall concepts
