Sequence and methodology
4 heads consultants meet the management of a company
in the first discussion, conduct an analysis
of the situation and define the goals. This
provides the basis for a specific offer which will be prepared in the
short term and shows a clear concept for the development and/or improvement
of the company’s process structure. Our consultants’ approach
is always clearly structured and strictly
focused on quality. For recording the requirements and elementary business
processes of the company concerned, the processing of an order is always
conducted in close cooperation with the staff members concerned.
